These terms govern your use of MeetCore, operated by Persimmon Software LLC. By using MeetCore, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

• MeetCore provides recurring-group scheduling, RSVP, and attendance coordination workflows.
• MeetCore is not a custodial payment provider and does not hold organizer funds.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of organizer and member data submitted to the platform.

Account responsibilities

• Maintain credential security and lawful use of member data.
• Do not abuse public endpoints or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not misrepresent events, groups, or payment terms.

Availability and changes

• We may update the service to improve reliability, security, and UX.
• Rate limits and anti-abuse controls may be applied to protect availability.
• Maintenance windows may temporarily affect service access.

Disclaimers and liability

• Service is provided on an as-available basis.
• To the extent allowed by law, Persimmon Software LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• These terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
