• Organizer workflow data: groups, sessions, RSVP records, and related timestamps.
• Operational data: event telemetry and salted/hashed IP values for abuse prevention and service reliability.

• Provide scheduling, RSVP/waitlist, and account operations.
• Support organizer-facing exports and workflow diagnostics.
• Maintain service reliability and limit abusive traffic.

Sharing and retention

• We do not sell personal data.
• Public group pages expose only organizer-published group and session information.
• Data is retained only as needed for service operations and legal obligations.

• Export account data through in-app export endpoints.
• Request deletion from your account email via support.
• Manage recurring schedule and session visibility directly in the workspace.
